About The Position
Ayr Farmers Mutual is looking for an Office Assistant for a 12-month Contract. This position, will be responsible for all printing, assembling, and mailing documents, along with other general office duties. The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail and be able to prioritize their workload based on multiple demands. The Office Assistant role is required to work in the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Policyholders
- Print, sort, distribute and mail processed policy materials and other correspondence
- Assist with upkeep of meeting rooms, kitchens and laundry
- Provide additional reception coverage as needed
- Work alongside our committees with assists with various event planning and coordination
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous office or mailroom experience would be considered an asset
- Flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- This position requires a valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
