Our Commitment
AFM strives at all times to provide our products and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.  We are also committed to giving people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our products and services and allow them to benefit from the same services, in the same place and in a similar way as other Policyholders.

In order to continuously improve accessibility for our Policyholders and clients with disabilities, we would like to hear your comments, questions, and suggestions about the provision of our products and services to people with disabilities.

Alternate formats of this document can be made available upon request. Feedback will be reviewed and addressed within two weeks of receipt.
