On Wednesday, May 18, our Board of Directors hosted the annual Volunteer Appreciation and Donation night. For the first time in two years, this event happened in-person at our office in Ayr, over with food, drinks, and great conversation. The evening is all about showing appreciation to the Volunteers who work tirelessly to keep our community and serving organizations going. Our Board of Directors Chair, Cathy Formica, presented each organization with a donation cheque during the event. Upon presentation, each representative took a moment to share with us how their organization impacts the community and which programs the donation will support. It was truly impressive to hear their stories. During this years event we were able to provide 21 local organizations with over $18,000 in donations.
