COVID-19 Notification

COVID-19 PHASE 3 UPDATE:

To our valued Policyholders,

We continue to work at providing you the same level of service you have become accustomed to as we enter Phase 3 together.

At this time, our office is open to those who wish to pay their premiums in person only. There is also a mail slot located to the right of our front door if you wish to drop off payment or correspondence. If you plan on visiting our office, please wear a mask or face covering in accordance with the Waterloo Region Bylaws. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or are feeling ill, we ask that you avoid visiting our office.

If you have any questions or would like to speak to a representative, please contact us at 1-800-265-8792 or 519-632-7413. We are happy to serve you.

We hope you and your family are staying healthy and safe.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we all work through this together.
